“The Gallery” November Show

A fiber show has been scheduled for the month of November at “The Gallery” in Whittier California. At this time, both Designing Weavers and Quilts on the Wall member artist’s textile pieces will be exhibited together.

Los Alamitos/ Rossmoor Library " Fall Theme" Art Exhibit

We are looking forward to the collection of artworks for the library at our July 11th meeting. Seeking small quilt blocks, no larger than 12" X 12". These can be framed or mounted on canvas, however, if not mounted, no worries, Teresa will have extra materials for displaying. In conjunction with the 12" x 12" quilts. Teresa is seeking altered booklets as long as fiber is present on the outside or within the book.

Also seeking fiber postcards and small fiber dolls, no larger than 12 inches. Fiber ATC's are also acceptable. We will try to include at least one piece from each artist if space permits. There is no entry fee to participate in this exhibit.

Please turn in your artwork entries at the July meeting. All artworks will be returned at the November meeting.
